PCT-100-21 PRE HEATER

The Metcal PCT-100 is a focused under board convection pre-heater that is designed to provide extra heat capacity for demanding applications such as multilayer boards, heavy ground planes or large components all of which would act like a heat sink demanding more heat and possibly over stressing the components and sensitive devices.

Unlike conventional pre-heaters, the PCT-100 Focused Convection Pre-heater directly targets the underside of the PCB providing a substantial thermal boost before introducing the soldering iron. Look to use it with one of the board holder options and the adjustable arm rest for complete control.
