Omniflex ESD Extraction Arms for use with Metcal BVX-100 Series, BVX-200 Series and VFX-1000 Series Extraction Systems. Omniflex Arms are designed for higher airflow rates and effective fume capture from greater distances. A unique ball/socket design provides an unmatched flexibility in manoeuvring and positioning. The arms can be adjusted in working length or radius, simply by adding or removing Omniflex components. ESD conformance is ensured using fully conductive material.
These Arms kits are supplied with an Arm, Nozzle Bracket and C Clamps. Extraction arms are 600mm in Length and 63mm in Diameter.
Two Nozzle varieties are available, dependant on application: Rectangular and Tapered.
Nozzle Options:
– EA1122: Rectangular Nozzle – 150 x 88mm
– EA1124: Tapered Nozzle
