BOFA’s AD PVC iQ Laser Extraction System has been designed to help deal with the corrosive nature of the fumes generated when lasering PVC materials.
PVC Fume is highly corrosive and to overcome this the AD PVC iQ has been specially coated to protect the mission critical areas of the machine. As an added feature every AD PVC iQ comes with a VOC (filter) sensor and HCL sensors, which continually monitor the exhaust air of the unit, to ensure you remain safe throughout the use of the unit. The AD PVC iQ includes many of the “best in class” features of BOFA’s AD Oracle iQ – including the intuitive iQ operating system that allows for real time monitoring of the air flow, performance filter and run time.
The AD PVC iQ has been enhanced with BOFA’s Intelligent Operating System (iQ), combining a range of unique features into one compact unit. The Intelligent Operating System (iQ) performs at two distinct levels. Operators benefit from the ease of operation and clarity of real-time information, the system also provides a cache of analytical data, enabling users to download performance and operating parameters for evaluation purposes. The iQ system takes performance and safety parameters to a new level and helps keep maintenance downtime and ownership costs to a minimum.
