STTC-x45P 0.4MM OPTIMISED CONICAL SHARP CARTRIDGE

STTC-x45P are a range of 0.4mm Optimised Conical Sharp Cartridges for use with the MX Series Soldering Systems. The STTC Cartridges provide a wide range of options for through-hole and SMD Rework. This tip range includes optimised geometry for best thermal performance. SmartHeat® technology is unique in that it senses the specific thermal demand directly at the solder pad and delivers the precise quantity and flow of thermal energy during both flux activation and intermetallic bonding phases without any adjustment and calibration.

STTC-x45P is available in two specifications, dependant on application:

1 Series – Max Temperature: 413°C – Most Standard Applications (STTC-145P)
8 Series – Max Temperature: 510°C – For Ceramic & High Thermal Demand (STTC-845P)
