Stencil Rolls

Stencil rolls are essential components in keeping stencil apertures clear of paste residues during automatic screen printing.

This is all the more important as our designs become more critical and include smaller component devices with finer lead pitch. When choosing a stencil roll the quality of the woven fabric must be sufficient to absorb solder paste and other contaminants, whilst remaining porous for the vacuum unit to function correctly.

Our premium quality stencil rolls are manufactured using polyester cellulose, giving high tensile strength, consistent wound tension together with low linting capability and high absorption rates.

Available in 41gsm, 50 gsm and 68 gsm to suit both vacuum and non vacuum requirements.
