of solder pastes to suit all your assembly process needs. From
the very latest broad latitude no clean pastes designed for screen
printing through to ultra fine print high speed products.
We also stock a number of dispensing pastes in machine ready syringes.
If you need to water wash then these are also available
Our standard alloys are 63/37 Sn /Pb and 62/36/2 Ag. However
with the change in regulations to Lead free assembly then our Om338
in Sac 305 alloy is an ideal choice. Being broad latitude, ultra
clean residues with excellent solderability as used by a number
of large multinationals companies.
Solder pastes are stocked in 0.5 kg pots, 0.7 kg cartridges 1.2 kg
cartridges and 10/ 30cc syringes for manual dispensing.
