These spatulas are manufactured from polypropylene plastic which will avoid marking or damaging the stencil surface.

The spatulas are easily cleaned with general presatuated wipes or our robust enough to clean using automatic stencil cleaning machines.

The polypropylene material is shatterproof and flexible.

The ergonomic grip and shaped surface facilitate the efficient clearing of the paste. Plastic spatulas have a longer-life and thus are more cost effective compared to conventional wooden spatulas.

SURCLEAN 100 STENCIL CLEANER

Screenclean 100 is a powerful but safe Propylene Glycol Ether blend capable of removing even hardened solder paste deposits and almost all uncured adhesives.

It is capable of softening all the Resins and Rosin used in paste and adhesive in seconds. It evaporates completely leaving a clean, dry and grease free surface behind.

Screenclean 100 is harmless to most plastics, elastomers, rubbers and industrial finishes and has good compatibility with the screen adhesives used with mesh backed framed stencils.

It is available in aerosols, hand sprayers and bulk packaging. Recommended for manual cleaning operations, particularly between prints.

Screenclean 100 is recommended as the Solvent for use on automated Stencil Printers fitted with automatic paper roll type under Stencil cleaning systems.

Screenclean 100 is non ozone depleting, oxidizes rapidly, and does not form smog or persist in the atmosphere to form pollutants. it is fully bio-degradable and will not bio accumulate. It is low toxicity, low odour, has a high flashpoint for factory safety, and is economical in use.

It will also remove residues from misprinted PCB's. SC400 is Surfactant free and does not degrade in use.

SC400 is supplied ready to use and is suitable for a wide range of processes from hand spot cleaning, use in the solvent tanks on automatic Stencil Printers for between print under Stencil cleaning through to immersion and spray type automatic Stencil Cleaning Machines.

USC400 ULTRASONIC STENCIL CLEANING SYSTEM

The SMT USC400 is a highly portable Ultrasonic contact type Stencil Cleaning system.
In use the operator moves the hand tool over the Stencil after spraying with cleaning fluid. The tranducer in the hand tool vibrates the contamination through even the smallest Stencil apertures. The residues are collected on disposable wipe material under the Stencil.
 
The SMT USC400 excels in removing difficult high tack residues such as those found with Lead free Solder materials. Direct contact Ultrasonic cleaning is the most effective way to remove Lead free Solder paste residues from fine pitch Stencils.

The SMT USC400 is suitable for both offline and on Printer cleaning operations. Stencil cleaning can be carried out on the Printer without removing the Stencil frame. Because the USC400 is highly portable, it can be easily moved between work areas or Printers. An optional Ultrasonic Mini-bath is available which extends the versatility by allowing cleaning of machine accessories such as placement nozzles, glue dispensing needles and test probes etc.
