Alpha OM338 Lead Free Flux Gel is designed as an alternative to liquid fluxes when reworking quad packs, BGA,s etc.

The natural tackiness of the product will when applied between the two solderable surfaces will keep the component in place ready for reflowing back into place.

The post soldering residues have been designed to be left in place and are intrisinically safe for most applications.

The product is supplied in small sysringes for either manual or machine dispensing.

ALPHA OM-325 is a lead-free, no-clean solder paste designed for ultra fine feature printing and reflow. This paste has a wide processing window that provides a surface mount process solution for component metrics down to 0402mm (01005inch).

ALPHA OM-325 yields excellent print capability performance across various board designs and particularly with fine feature repeatability of 0.16mm (6.5mil circles) across 8 hours production.

Alpha Pure Core is an organic activated water soluble flux cored solder that meets the corrosion resistance test and insulation resistance requirements for type H3C fluxes per IPC-SF-818.

Alpha Pure Core contains a water soluble resin derivative of rosin and a buffered organic activator system.

This efficant flux produces bright, shiny solder connections, even if cleaning is delayed by several days.

Performs well on all solderable finishes. With a 3.3% flux content the product cleans well in water and gives a great lustre to finished solder joints.

Cold water cleaning can be used ,however hot water will accelarate the cleaning process.

ALPHA SACX ANTI-OXIDANT ADDITIVE

SACXTM alloy contains an Anti-Oxidant Additive. This additive reduces the oxidation of the solder, but due to preferential oxidation over Tin, Silver and Copper it is consumed in the process.

For most medium/high volume operations the level of this dross reducing additive is naturally kept in equilibrium by the regular addition of fresh solder. For some lower volume operations where the wave is on for extended periods and the alloy usage is low the levels may need to be replenished by the small addition of SACXTM Anti-oxidant Additive.

You should look to add 600 gms per 100 kgs of pot metal.

This Alpha SMT solder wire is a Lead Free SAC305 (Sn/Ag/Cu)alloy, designed as a no clean but does contain a low level of halide content.

The unique blend of rosin and proprietary activators provide rapid wetting while leaving minimal optically clear inert residue.

If you choose to use a companion liquid flux , then NR205 is recommended in order to provide the optimal combination of high long term reliability and low residue level.
