Alpha Cleanwave 63/37 is manufactured using only high purity metals in its formulaion together with proprietary dross reducing technology.

These larger diameter feed wires have been designed with selective soldering in mind. The solder wire is manufactured to high tolerances and wound onto 4 kg reels at a constant tension to ensure a smooth take off through the machine feed
mechanism into the solder pot.

This feed method is ideal for the smaller solder pots which not only require a more consistant level to give pumping accuracy but with the introduction of board fixturing and feed mechanisms all severley limit the access you would normally have to use traditional top up methods.

ALPHA PURE TIN GRANULES

Pure tin ganules are a convient way to add additional tin to your solder bath after solder analysis. You can order any weight you require.

Toping up smaller bench wire dipping pots can also be difficult with traditional bar methods. With granules simply scoop up a small quantity and add as required through out the day.

ALPHA RECTANGULAR LEAD FREE SOLDER PREFORMS SUPPLIED ON TAPE AND REEL.

These preforms are supplied on a tape and reel format 4000/5000 per reel and are designed for automatic placement.

This is an ideal engineered solution when you need to add additional solder volume to already solder pasted pads.

Simply add the preform reel in sequence with the rest of your componets and reflow in the normal way.

ALPHA SACX ANTI-OXIDANT ADDITIVE

SACXTM alloy contains an Anti-Oxidant Additive. This additive reduces the oxidation of the solder, but due to preferential oxidation over Tin, Silver and Copper it is consumed in the process.

For most medium/high volume operations the level of this dross reducing additive is naturally kept in equilibrium by the regular addition of fresh solder. For some lower volume operations where the wave is on for extended periods and the alloy usage is low the levels may need to be replenished by the small addition of SACXTM Anti-oxidant Additive.

You should look to add 600 gms per 100 kgs of pot metal.

Alpha Vaculoy 63/37 Solder Wave solder metal is manufactured using high purity raw materials and then alloyed together.


Alpha's Vaculoy proprietry processes which removes all the oxide inclusions creating better performance through increased fluidity, better drainage and joint formation.

Lower viscosity gives you great hole fill and top side fillet formation.

Supplies 1kg bars, chunks and 3.3kg feeder Ingots.
