Printing Consumables
To compliment Alpha Metals Stencil production facility the Solder Connection has created a package of printing consumable products that cover all aspects of solder paste and adhesive printing.
Our stencil rolls use only the very best material available today, which offer robustness in use and high absorption rates both when used dry or in conjunction with solvents.
Top side stencil cleaning can be achieved with our lint free Norwipes and a selection of solvent or semi aqueous chemicals. If you prefer a presatuated wipe again we can offer a selection of IPA / Di-Ionised wipes with our Surfex or ECO Wipes. For solder paste and adhesive printing we highly recommend the Alpha SM110 wipes with their special blend of Solvents and Aliphatic Hydrocarbons. Look no further for a selection of stencil blades, spatulas, vinyl gloves and empty paste pots.
