smartheat cartridges contain the heater and termperature self regulation
alloys smart heat systems require no calibration. compliance to
ISO 9000 is simple, ask for the No Calibration letter available
on request.
The MX 500 systems require little maintenance
because there are no separate control circuits. The Metcal system
gives you power on demand allowing you to work at lower temperatures.
The power supply even senses if the cartridges have been used within
a 30 minute time period, if not it automatically shuts down saving
tip life.
When incorporated with METCALs Talon system
all smt component removal is easy. The Talon has been designed
with an easy squeeze operation, great ergonomics, style and superior
performance.
