Fume Extraction

In all electronic production assembly and rework operations, from hand soldering to using solder pots, adhesives and sealants, airborne particulates are generated that research has shown to be a serious health hazard. Most solder products contain flux chemistries either rosin or synthetic that, when heated, will give off harmful fumes and gases.

Oki Fume Extraction Systems are designed to effectively remove and filter these fumes and return clean back into the work place. The BVX Series extractors are available in single and dual arm configurations. The BTX-208 is a on tip extraction is system which can be configured to your own requirements for up to 8 operators. If you prefer to extract using flexible arms than the MFX-2200 series will cope with up to 8 workstations
