Elevate your Rework Station quality control levels to those of your wave and reflow soldering processes with the ReworkRIDER. For current SuperMOLE, MOLE, scan and other profiler users, ReworkRIDER features the patented Wiz patented dual sided nozzle probe that profiles applied heat form the rework station. Adjacent to the Wiz sensor are top and bottom air temperature sensors.

For rework profiling, dial in your solder paste from the database and define zones in seconds. ReworkRIDER SPC tracks 12 parameters both top and bottom-side, per zone for the utmost in standardization and repeatability data.

The kit includes the ReworkRIDER pallet with Wiz and air sensors, 4 standard Mini connectors, Mini to Micro adapter set, ReworkRIDER SPC software and carry case with space for an optional MOLEscan stationary profiler.
