The patented OvenRIDER utilizes a combination of thermal and position sensors to measure oven performance, delivering consistent colour-coded data that can be used to identify trends (Statistical Process Control implementation) and serve as a Go/No-Go indication to the operator.

Many leading oven manufacturers use EDC OvenRIDER to capture an oven’s “signature profile” as it leaves their factory. R3eplication os this signature at your location quickly verifies that your relfow oven is operating at factory specifications.
